i have not been able to activate my voice mail on my cell in two weeks fokls are leaving messages but i cant retreive them btc sucks.sell the sucker:sparky:

i totally agree....i can't get into my voicemail either.....my phone isn't sending tex.....can't call...... the lady from btc suppose to call me back to explain the problem she ain't even call.....i so tired of them ppl.........it's just like they ain't one of us cuz they don't help....

if ya dying and trying to call out...it's always CALL FAILED...they need to do better

i know what u mean, my cell phone doesn't even ring but goes straight to voice mail and guess what...i can't retrieve the message :sparky:

with all these techincal problems they having it amazes me that their accounts department is s o efficient.......i mean at the end of the month i have never seen them hesitate to deduct the extra charges from your prepaid account....if only that could stop working for couple months...

i havent accessed my voice mail in weeks and neither of the phones I spent hundreds of dollars on rings....I just carry around my blackberry for pretty now...

yea it's true...........my boss house phone was out for a moth and one week.........btc...ya call they put you on hold.....they lie say the problem will be fixed and it never gets done because all the workers are driving around in the companies vehicles doing their own business.....picking their kids up from school.....paying bills......and doing whatever.....so it's really sad......

I was downtown watching some guys throwing rocks and bottles at people and their cars the other day and tried calling out....got "call failed" for ten solid minutes....good thing a police vehicle was passing and I stopped them...

smile.......i mean they don't hesitate at all when it comes to the account system for real.......but cheaper ya just floss your phone for pretty cuz it can't do nothin else
