Hi
I am not advertising for myself, but I just wanted to help out fellow webmasters. If you guys have a nice clean site with no broken links and some good content, you can be making an additional income by placing small, unobtrusive ads on your site. Im sure you have seen on thousands of websites "Ads by Google". Well those webmasters have signed up with Google's Adsense Program (http://www.google.com/adsense/) where Google pays you for everytime someone clicks on the Ads on your site. The way their technology works is that it scans your site and displays ads relative to your site. So if your site relates to some of your favourite cars then it would display ads from Ford or Chevy. The amount ranges for different keywords, so for example "anitspyware" ads may only get $0.03 per click while medical insurance ads may rake in 3 dollars per click. This is just an example (not exact rates). But google wont tell you how much they pay per click.
So all you have to do is go to the site, sign up, apply and wait to see if Google approves your site and then they will give you the code and then whenever you make $100 they will mail you a check. Nice way to supplement costs of webhosting.
