Unfortunately, I am too busy with my own duties at this time but I want to contact him once I get the chance. I would also like to know some new information about the proposal of MPAs in the Bahamas. It was just two weeks or so when the article about the MPA (including Bimini) was published in the newspaper, so I am wondering what the next steps are because the golf course is still in Bimini Bay's plans. Most of Bimini Bay workers are Mexicans, Dominicans, Haitians and some Americans-Cubans. And Bimini Bay Resort have always claim that in their resorts work about 400 Bahamians workers...then they start claiming that 200 Biminites, then just 100 Biminites and truth is that less than 50! Lots of lies from the side of Bimini Bay developers...I talked to both Mexican and also Bahamian workers there and could see big difference in work conditions, also in salary. I am glad you can see the truth! |
