It is said that 50% of marriages end up in divorce.With that in mind, is there any hope especially for single persons to look forward to having a committed relationship with that one special someone?Do you believe in true love? If so do you see yourself being with one person for the rest of your life forsaking all others?Are there any BI members that can give any advice on having a long loving relationship?
(ONE POSSIBLE EXPLANATION OF LOVE IS WHEN YOU WOULD GIVE UP YOUR HAPPINESS FOR YOUR LOVED ONES HAPPINESS EVEN IF IT MEANS THE HARD DECISION TO LET THEM GO TO WHO THEY LOVE IF IT IS NOT YOU.)
Put God first, make sure yall on da same accord spiritually and financially, because Religion (Being Equally yolk) and Finances are possibly the main reasons for divorce. Be faithfull (monogamous) and if you feel that there is one small voice in your head telling you that your significant other is doing fool in which you personally saw a hint for yourself, get out before its to late.
On the other hand, do not let others discourage you from loving or being with that person (unless dey gat concrete evidence) who they feel is the wrong choice because at the end of the day, if you feel that is the one for you but you listen to other people, you will be home alone to yourself unhappy worrying about others, plus dey may want him/her for deyself. Always communicate, dont go to bed any night mad at each other. Make, Make, Make, Make sure that the person has goals e.g. home ownership, family etc in their agenda because you do not want to be takin care of know louse fa da ress of your life.
Lastly and most importantly, before you engage in any sexual contact (after the marriage if you could hold off dat long) MAKE SURE TO GET TESTED FOR ALL STD'S, do not go by looks alone, your health is your wealth.
