Peter Ramsey, Deputy Director of BIS seems to have been complaining all over the place and to his good friend Fred Mitchell about Sharon Turner the capable Deputy Director of the Bahamas Information Services. According to fred's website this week - he is reporting the following: Ms. Turner is an FNM partisan who was appointed as a result of her work with Hubert Ingraham during the FNM's campaign. They do not put much stock in her talent but seem to place much of her rise to office on her connections with the Prime Minister. The website claims that she has replaced veteran Peter Ramsay as the Prime Minister's personal photographer, rather than being a true Deputy Director of BIS. What we do know is that BIS needs to do much to improve its services to the public at large and perhaps Ms. Turner needs to concentrate on management and innovation and less on taking pictures of Hubert Ingraham. Well Fred and Peter eat your heart out, Ms. Turner has a responsibility and she does it well, while Peter Ramsey goes all around taking pictures and passing them on to Fred and singling out Fred for photos like he is still the Minister of Foreign Affairs, someone has to be concern the the PLP is no longer the government....

Recall on BI, this same subject came up a few months ago, and Peter Ramsey is one of those Fred Mitchell heck who is known to take info to him.. Hubert has a right to limit his access espically when photos are been abuse by Peter and given to Fred...

i happen to know her really well she is a proffessional first and all others come last , sharon is a newly wed and has a wonderful husband wgho supports her in her work
this lady is so committed to her work that i told her if she dont slow down she might loose her husband but he is her greatest supporter and after her wolrd wind tours qwith the prime minister she knows she has a great man at home waiting to welcome.

She is a young, hardworking, committed and talented person - and we all know how popular that is in the civil service!!! Haters all around. People need to spend more time getting their own stuff together instead of trying to bring down people who are holding their own.

sharon is the best and i can truly say that if she was employed by the plp government she would function just as well, it just amazs me when ppl question your proffessional integrity, i have voted for the fnm and during the last election i had to supply emergency power to the plp rally and the amazing thing about it i had ppl looking over my shoulder threatning me that if the generator whent down they would beat me to a pulp. i felt personally insulted and told the event organizer jimmy smith that i would never work for them again . i like sharon am a proffessional i dont see politics i see the green trick money so i perform a great job to all my clients as long as they are paying sharon is a proffessional and i love her work.

man you should see what she goes through to get a photo op. i have personally seen her requesting a ladder for the engineering dept at ourr lucay tro climb up on in her evening dress to get a great photo shoot of the room and the dignateries these fat boys could learn a thing or three from her, this lady while under docters care still goes out of her way to bring proffessionalism back to bis.
