In addition to the Rev beating up his wife fa getting catch with the gay girl, in the same bit is another pastor's wife of a church near downtown:footmouth is also stressed after she learned that her husband's name appears in the address "black book" of a well-known gay businessman. Hmmmm..........not a good year so far for churchmen. Some of them at least.

On other topic..last week my husband and I joined two of his friends for lunch at Poop Deck East Bay.

Across from us but directly in my view sat a very popular pastor and his wife. A few diners hailed the couple as they came in and out. The husband acted pleased to see the diners and spoke quite nicely to them and even got up once of twice to hug some of them.

When we arrived there, the couple had just gotten their lunch. They ate, but she just seemed to pick over the food.

We ordered various appetizers. Ate them. Our food took a while to come as the old servers Poop Deck used to have were not on that day. The young ones are not so fast on their feet for some reason. Sorry, I running out. Back to story.

Anyway...the pastor and his wife were done eating, their table was cleared and they were waiting on their bill while we were waiting for our food. All this took about 40 minutes. No less!!

In all that time...not ONE WORD WAS EXCHANGED BETWEEN THE PASTOR AND HIS WIFE!! Not even after the persons he had so warmly greeted. Nothing!! As a matter of fact....she NEVER EVEN LOOKED HIS WAY!! She looked across the water, around the restuarant, and even on the floor but NEVER at him.

Because I was sitting across her, our eyes met a few times as I couldn't believe they were not talking. I mean why even come out? Anyway, the pastor started looking around for their waitress, I could see he was getting a little frustrated. Finally the waitress came with some food that the woman had left in a "****** bag." He paid the bill, they got up, she straightened her clothing, pushed the chair in, and then they left.

NOT ONE WORD SAID TO EACH OTHER!!

I couldn't believe it. It's strange to see people out together looking like they wished they stayed at home.:confused:
