1st offence rape of an adult, chemical castration of a few years.
1st offence rape of a child 14 (age not in stone because teenagers can lie about their age as some look much older than they are)and under, actual castration.

you can add some of that in somewhere if you think it will help. How about this if its a child that is raped on the day of the rape every year the perpatrator should get the cat as long as the mother stands there and faces the perpatrator while he is getting whiped, Same for the adult victim giving them both the power of forgiveness. On the same day you say Vicky? EXCELLENT IDEA, that way the beast can serve as an example others will not want to follow. I think it should be done at the prison, infront of the victims and not in the front of Rawson Square (not a good image for Bahamians and Tourist to see unless they are the victims of that particular beast to be witnessed in private). Good Point, it will end up on You Tube faster than I finish typing this sentence anyway. My reason for that is to not add more violence to what children (Bahamians and Non-Bahamians) already see/experience today.

Excellent Idea. Never thought of that one. Something permanent for the world to see to protect themselves from predators. A predator will always have the desire to repeat, but it sure would make repeating harder if it is cut off, sewn up, and a permanent brand is placed on the neck or cheeck because a predator can wear a turtle neck shirt, which would be odd in the Bahamas (unless it between December and March) or unless its a female Muslim with her face covered. Otherwise, the three suggestion is the best short and long term solutions.

Yes Or No. Should Any Male Who Is Found Guilty Without Any Doubt Of Rape Be Castrated, the CAT, and Sentenced To Life In Prison Or Even Death (depending on the case).

Because You Have A 14 Year Old And An 11 Year Old Accused Of Destroying A Four Year Old Girl.

I say castrate them and leave them in jail to rot but if they kill the victim after raping them I say put them in rawson square to be stoned by the family of the victim but not to kill him.
