I say castrate them and leave them in jail to rot but if they kill the victim after raping them I say put them in rawson square to be stoned by the family of the victim but not to kill him. 2 times a year if the victim is still alive on the victims birthday and the day the incident occured.

and 3 times a year including the 2 above and unfortunately if the victim dies as a result of the crime, the day the victim dies as well......

WELL SINCE THIS THREAD IS ABOUT CASTRATION!!!!!! lolol you hijacker, I would like to state that murderers (who are proven Guilty without a doubt and yes we will never know for sure 100%) but again if they are the person who stab or shoot someone, they should also get the cat or cow **** in the same fashion as rapists on the same dates of significant importance of the VICTIM.
