My thoughts were similiar - "Because we know where we are..." It would be kind of nuttz to drive around with our flag on our cars, and put stickers all over them.

Actually, a lot of Bahamians don't like having things on their cars period - bumper stickers, those window stickers, things hanging from the rearview mirror...

As for Bahamian music, I believe that the situation is getting better. More radio stations are playing it and more (young) Bahamian people are starting to like Bahamian music. Before, it was pretty dry, and young people didn't care for it too much. Now that the songs are quite funny and tell stories that people can relate to with good music and better recording, they are more enjoyable.

Well the way I see it, is that we are only passionate enough, and become overly patriotic when we feel threaten by forigen influx coming here to our country!!!! Either that, our we don't have enough Bahamian paraphernalia that fit with our personal style or taste.:rolleyes:

Well one thing I have started to notice as a trend around here are this young Haitian feallas putting multiple small Haitian Flags all over there cars. I am in no way a racist, but to me some times it feels like blantant arragance on there behalf. Like they are making a statement of dominance " We Taking Over"!!!!
