That was my point, the school dealt with the matter the way it always has and he was punished.
Keep in mind that the school actually knows what happen, you don't, the two were in a compromising position, not actual sex.
Now if schools go to the police for every sex incident between students that will be all the police would be working on./

see it doesn't necessarily have anything to do with the fact that he should resign because of the actions of his family members, but just as any other normal child that would have done those actions and would have been punished his son should have also, i think thats the point, so its just setting a real bad example for the rest of the country, all it is saying is you can go around killin ppl jus make sure u know persons in high places such as judges and cops and u straight

I don't believe this. I don't think any other QC student in the same situation would have to go before the court to face juvinille charges of statutory rape. They would have been suspended or expelled but not before the courts.

Did the boy in question not get punished? Or is he still a prefect at the school?
