I should be ashamed to discuss this after the last time this thread was around, but I will bite again.

Monday/Wednesday/Friday - M & M cafe breakfast

grits/tuna salad/steam sausages/2 sunny side up eggs/slice of pear/2 slice of med buttered toast/oj


Tuesday/Thrusday - The Reef breakfast

Stew Conch or Stew Fish



Saturday/Sunday - Coconuts

Boil Fish


Cereal is meant for snacking not breakfast - my favorites are honey nut cheerios, and the banana kellogs corn flakes.

jess keeping it reel man. i had plenty PLENTY crab n rice and fried fish AND potato salad fa what you can call breakfast. even some keith's chicken gal!!:bouncy: yall too bougy fa me.
na when i'm off the island.........chile all kinda breakfass fa me. in florida...straight ta denny's and ting like that!! the grand slam!!

I know dat......but I found myself eating grits almost erry udder day.......variety is da spice of life ya know proud....if ya keep geeing ya man grits erry day you een tink he ga sneak out da house one day and come back with wend'ys on he mout BOL

All I know my man will eat grits once I cook it E V E R Y D A Y with tuna ( stem & salad) , mackeral, omelet, steam sausage, steam hotdogs & sunnyside eggs too.

day one: pears apples strawberries grapes etc
day two: french toast with bananas (sugar bananas the best)
day three. grilled bacon cheese sandwich
day four: waffles/pancakes with syrup AND butter
day five: scrambles eggs n sausage n grits
day six: mashed potato pancakes
day seven: leftover baked potates cut up in the frying pan with pepperjack cheese and onions served along fried eggs.
If you ga eat this, you might as well just drink water...

1-hot dog
2-hot pattie
3-sleep in til time for lunch save $$
4-can speghetti
5-sleep in til time for lunch save more $$
6-sleep all day cause its saturday, dont eat save even more $$
7-hot dog but add cheese
