Day one (Monday): Sardines and grits
Day two: Cream of wheat with sweet milk
Day three: Steamed fish/tuna and yellow grits
Day four: Oatmeal and honey
Day five: Boiled fish and grits
Day six: Sheep tongue/Chicken/Pigs feet souse w/ Johnny cake
Day seven: Eggs, bacon, sausage, toast and grits w/ a platter of homemade banana pannycakes.

Or if "cooking" isn't your style, you could do it the "modern day" way:

Day one: Wendys
Day two: Burger King
Day three: McDonalds
Day four: Quiznos
Day five: StarBucks
Day six: Murray's Souse House.
Day seven: British Colonial Hilton Buffet

I (heart) grits.

The best is grits mixed up with a spoonful or two (or three) of freshly cooked bacon fat!

I does call that one- "da heart lubricator". Only do that one once a month though!

I have a friend who breakfasts on RedBull and bananas.

RedBull for the kick, and bananas for the brain food.
