Just last week when I got gas here in Exuma, it was $5.68...

imagine how hurt I was today when it was SIX frickin Dollars!!! ($5.99)...:realmad::realmad::realmad::realmad:

i remember when my accord 4 years ago use to take $50 to fill... now today, my avalon (with the same size tank) will take $100 to fill from empty... I put $40 in my car today, with a qtr tank still left and it just barely tipped over 1/2

*sux my friggin teeth*

Do not be surprised if the price of gas goes up to $10 per gallon (down there) next year this time.

Two reasons:

(1) Investors have dumped gold and are speculating on Oil.
(2) That is not only pushing the value of Oil up, it is also pushing the value of the Dollar down.

Everything which comes from Anywhere outside the US will rise as the dollar continues to fall.

BTW: the cost of gas in the UK has been almost $9 per gallon for some time!

Solution:
(a) Don't be wasting gas (and money) juss cruisin around
(b) Don't be drivin no big and older car - esp an Avalon with transmission problems
(c) get a bicycle or Walk

ttink bout it

ttink bout it Well i believe that if the war with iraq did'nt happen we would not have been experiencing this receccion. If The government of the United States did'nt invade iraq & cause an interference with those oil producing countries the world would be a much happier place today.http://www.rmbowman.com/ssn/iraq2.htm

Try to fill she up for the week, it works better that way, rather than putting gas in her when she is low.

you brainwash too easy boss.

And your too easy to refute what is the obvious. In times of war, oil is in higher demand, not only for military reserves but for security reserves as well. The military uses immense quantities of oil for their operations, and supply and demand will drive up the price. The US military has huge oil demands, not to mention the other large developed countries.
