Civil servants will work lil harder this week, they gat money coming their way!Nothing will change.. in fact about 40% of them ga spend the rest of the months to come asking when will the raise come...then the others will be on vacation for labour day, and inderpendence day, then the usual 10% will be hard at work... same ole same ole..

BUT yes.. they are now busy spending that money..
