I'm a white boy and she is from South America. I will be working near Garden Hills. I will have a car. Any safe neighborhoods , can you recommend within 15 min drive ,close to a beach? First of all you have to learn that conch is your friend.Stew conch,crack conch,conch fritters.gee i almost forgot conch salad. Then you have to learn to dance to bahamian music. We don't do anything resembling Patrick Swayze or the electric slide.if you lived in colombia and you know how to dance merengue, that means you have rhythm so then you would be ready for Junkanoo:)Also there are a few childrens homes such as the Ranfurly Home, Elizabeth children's homes, or the Wilamae Pratt centre that she can volunteer at.
