SpamStopper 06-03-08, - 08:56 PM Fish you and Spam...yall two better never work for the MOT BOL:)
if we was getting paid $50K a month like the MOT is pay some Americans, then we would lie too :D
Little Fisherman 06-03-08, - 09:02 PM This has nothing to do with MOT.
It has to do with companies hiring persons outside the Bahamas and bringing them in to do a job one of us could do, he must have a work permit, and now he is bringing in a wife and child.
This type of activity should be against the law, oh, I forgot, it is, his employer just has not been caught.
I'm calling Tommy T in the morning.

Ive lived in 4 countries in the last 10 yrs. (Russia , Poland, Brazil, and Colombia) so Ill have no problem adapting. I've been to Nassau twice before but it was 12 - 14 yrs ago.(vacations) From what I remember the Bahamians were super friendly, kind of like the Brazilians. I'm looking foward to living in Nassau.
Where are you from Little Fisherman?

I used to fish for Bones and Tarpon in Fort Laud and the Keys in my 20's. Hope to start again in Nassau
What to you do in Nassau (if I may ask)? For how long? Are there expat groups?
SpamStopper 06-03-08, - 09:33 PM Just be ready to lock yourself down at night, there is no night life here unless you got stab proof body armor and an armored tank. :driving:
