You have these rugged ruff boys trading their body for the almighty dollar.When I used to work in da hotels, it used to be said that if the guys wanted a promotion, that they would have to sleep with the male managers. Years ago there used to be lots of men cruising the schools to pick up young girls.Now I am told that there are men searching for little boys and even women recruiting young girls.

"These three men are not the first gay men that have been killed in The Bahamas and they are not the first three prominent gay men that have been killed in The Bahamas and they're not the first three gay men who have been killed and their murders have not been solved. "There is anecdotal and empirical evidence that shows that violent crimes towards homosexuals are treated differently when compared to crimes towards heterosexuals. It's too early to say whether the lack of resolution to these crimes is due to a conspiracy within the Police Force or the very nature of crime solving," she said.

"In this country and this region we're quick to say that (these types of) crimes are perpetuated by people from within the (gay) community. The truth is a number of crimes are committed by people who identify themselves as straight."
