Journalists in this country do a disservice to their profession. Poorly researched with no effort to edit their articles for accuracy. It is obviously a reflection of poor pay in the profession, because the standards in the local press seem to be very low. How can we blame the man and woman on the street for being ignorant to the issues that affect and impact us, when those who should be well versed in this country's affairs are themselves ignorant.
