first off, the police should pick her up for a child welfare investigation. by her own admitance she cant take care of her kids.

My erstwhile home, Canada is unique. They permit gay marriage. Small amounts of marijuana is decriminalised. Toronto, a city of over 2 million people was up in arms because last year they had 84 murders. Nassau at 225,000 people had 88. Toronto streets are clean. It is multi-cultural -- every ethnic group is represented. And it holds the biggest junkanoo outside the Bahamas.
