Chef Bernard Dawkins owned and operated The Bake Shop on Queen's Highway for eight years. He is now serving up hot delicious breakfast, lunch and snacks at BTVI Eatery, at the rear of College of the Bahamas, Freeport campus. Business hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
