Nassau, The Bahamas : Bahamas Press has learned that a brother of Sidney Collie, minister of land and local government is being detained at the Royal Bahamas Defence Force base in Coral Harbour. The Defence Force officer is alleged to have stolen some $4,000 dollars out of the Chinese Embassy on Village Road. The incident took place last weekend.

Defence Force officers guard the Embassy located just behind the Village Road Shopping Center. The Minister of National Security Tommy Turnquest and the Minister of Foreign Affairs Brent Symonette are all tight-lipped on the crime. The ‘WUTLESS MEDIA’ in the country in their normal tone of deflecting news are left ’shell shock’ upon hearing this latest news. One reporter noted to Bahamas Press that this latest cover up, all because the Defence Force officer has brother in the Ingraham Cabinet draws many concerns. ‘We would be sending the wrong message to the world if nothing is said. Could you imagine what would have happened to aa marine if he did that in CHINA? This Bahamian officer might be on the promotion list next year.” The reporter noted.

The crime has been committed almost one week ago against the CHINESE PEOPLE, by a Bahamian defence force officer, and NOT A SINGLE WORD has come from anyone in government. WHAT ARE WE TELLING OUR CHILDREN?
