All of these signs leading tourists and drivers to PI have been spray painted for MONTHS.
I have called ministry of works to complain about this, but weeks later nothing has changed.

He has got "Sex" and something else as the ingredients of alcohol as well. I talked to this guy. I think that his name is Tommy, and he is usually hanging out on the wall at Saint Matthews.

He has a radio, an iPod, a cellphone, a jug of water. I have seen him making sales and installing his product (hubcaps). He has more money than his appearance suggests. And he travels. I have seen him in Palmdale, all over Shirley Street, but mostly in the East Bay Street area.

He is largely xenophobic, hates Haitians and foreigners, and calls himself Potcake.

By the way, to those people who doubt that the famous dance/yoga instructor is really suffering mentally and is virtually homeless, I got that from his mental health provider. He spents the night on the bench at the rat infested wharf at the end of Deveaux street, ranting all night to the security guard on duty, who is forced to listen to him.

I was there with the Lurkerette on my last visit, and Hubert was ranting at the top of his voice. The Lurkerette held my arm tightly. I pleasantly turned to him and said "Good Evening Mr. Farrington" and he stopped his ranting and sheepishly and politely returned my wishes for the evening.
