Every year I have to get a health certificate to participate in the summer festivals as a vendor. This year they move to a new location, seems to me that they went from good to bad. The workers in the lil cramp-up office can not give you a answer on when they will have the next course for the health certificate. Try calling the numbers they give out and they are always busy.

I went there this morning to make an appointment but they could not give me 1. When they were at blue hill clenic it was never a problem getting an answer or making appointment.
