When they fix education so the kids will have a better chance this coming Sept at something other than a 50%....when the justice system can try a murderer in less than 13 years...when we can do DNA analysis at home instead of sending murdered remains away for 5 years without paying the bill...when the parks gave green grass instead of KFC trash...when downtown is not opressed by "the tent"...
