This is what I don't understand either.The government is clear on its position, but I guess Paul Moss did not get the memo from his side. Also I don't understand if the deadline to sign on this agreement, why has the government not held a town meeting as yet..july is almost here.this is an important issue that many persons need to be educated on.

Paul Moss and peet moss have similar characteristics..Paul is motivated simply by his dislike for HI.. he has lots of ideas.... and he maybe a good spokeman for his issues and his people.... his dimise on many issues is seen due to his sole purpose.. hate for HI... now he and fayne... are clamp togather.... so sad....
