According to the news there was fire in Elizabeth Estates today on Antigua Avenue, where a grandmother and her teenage grandson died.

The owner of the house is out of the country visiting one of her sons. It does not appear that the house was totally destroyed. A neighbour was seen putting plywood over the windows and doors to secure it until the owner reaches back.

This is sad, I wonder what happened.

Condolences to the bereaved family...

It was heart warming to hear that a concerned and caring neighbor secured the place until the owner returns

The GNN is reporting that this fire is MOST unusual. Something's fishy.:footmouth

The owner of the house is in Georgia to visit her son who is one of the Baggage Handlers who were arrested last year and is in jail there.

Some or saying that the house was set on fire.

No matter what, this woman has just lost her son and mother. She just recently buried her husband, December it is said and, her husband's father died just a short time before him. All this while her other son is in jail in Georgia.

Tragedy all around.
