if one was to startup a light manufacturing company on a family island (such as Abaco/Marsh Harbour area), what, if any duty exemptions could the government help out with?

Would setting up the building/lot be duty free?
Would initial equipment be duty free?

Would raw materials be duty free? Would the materials only be duty free if it was exported again or if it was sold locally?

any help with any of that would be appreciated! I will try call customs later this week and pick their brain.
