If someone invests 500K or more in a new company in Nassau, can he get work permits for a few of his employees in a few months time? The company will make molds for industrial machinery. The 2 or 3 US employees have the technical experience to run the machinery/company. They will also employ 12 - 15 Bahamians

The company hopes to be up and running in 3 or 4 months depending on the time it takes for the visas for the 2 or 3 Americans.

If it takes more than 3 months for the visas , do you recomend a lawyer to move the process faster?
