Pizza Hut. LOL. Some family visited over the past week so I was eating out all the time, and I don't have any grocery. I MIGHT make it to the grocery store today. If not today, I'll go tomorrow evening.

Crab and Rice

Fried Snappers (Yellow Tails)

Salad (Romaine Lettuce, carrots, tomatoes)

Fried Plantains

home made stuffing or from store, if home made, receipe pls................
Home made of course, very simple basic stuffing

3 cups breadcrumbs (made from fresh bread -wholewheat preferred)
1 onion
2 sticks celery
1/2 sweet pepper
1 tablespoon Dried herbs (use a mix)
2 cloves garlic
Butter
Salt/Black pepper
I egg

Chop up all of the vegetables and garlic very small, sweat in about a tablespoon of butter until soft but not brown.

Stir in the herbs, seasonings and breadcrumbs, mix well. Add 1 egg and enough boiling water to bind together.

Bake in an ovenproof dish for about 30 minutes OR allow to cool completely and use to stuff the bird.

I just had to include crab in my meal today, itch or no itch!!

I have a big bag of goat pepper in my freezer, perfect ta add a lil zing to that rice!
