It is really sad and unfortunate that Brown Suga felt so unsafe that she had to make up her mind to leave the forum. I feel the she should personally name and shame the individual or individuals that are giving her problems or file a legal complaint. No one has the right to make you live in fear.

One of the reasons I do not post more frequently is because I saw how low and hostile the level of debate has gotten in the last several month. Hopefully we can all evaluate and reflect on our attitude towards our fellow forum members and try to bring some sanity back to BI.

I told them that you are one of those persons who looks out for them and that they should ensure that they do the right things at all times.

I understand that she said she doesn't feel safe any more, but can somebody tell me who is the culprit that is driving the memebers away from the forum?

Leave Brown Suga alone!!!

My brother/sister if all the good folks leave what kind of forum would we have.

I my self have thought about leaving many times, but I thought about all the other GREAT folk on this site and by MY estimation there are more good folk than bad.

The people who are negitive and mean spirited can be counted one one hand, for the most part BI is made up of wonderful folk.

We need to IGNORE those who seek to destroy others by their hateful words, but for good folk to leave, I think not, the haters will be driven back into darkness, not the other way around.

Please I implore you dont stay away as there are those of us who could use your imput and as the good book says "A three fold cord is not easily broken."

FFox you are so right.Even in our society if we let the handful of negative people keep us in our homes and afraid to come out, they will win.If Brown Suga goes, then BI would have losts a great member. I do not want Brown Suga to be lurking.She has a right to express her opinion just like all of us.

Change is a part of life. We all know this but seem relutant to accept it. Although Brown Suga was a valued memeber of BI, there will be another who will replace her in this circle of life we call BI.

Doubt it. Brown Suga, (with the exception of a few others) had the A-list hook-up and first rate information on erryting Bahamian. She had a unique spot here on the BI.

Just dropping in to say thanx for the kind words and the not so kind words. I agree change is constant, additionally we all have the liberty to make choices! Of course I’m mad with Fox b/c only my close BI friends was to know I was taking a sabbatical.

I lurked around lunch time today and only smiled. This is the first time I’m back since then!

I’m coming back, it won’t be in the very near future!

And no Proud I’m still taking my pills so I don’t have to go to Sandilands…but your room is still waiting, right next to Alison’s and Pleasant’s!
