I am very sadden that we as a nation what not move away from these long drawen out services. Why is it that we have to do this 2 hour service thing here in the Bahamas. I have simular services around the world and they do theirs in an hour. Let us tell our leaders that the time has come for us to cut down on these long drawen out events ans try to keep them to 1 hour.:realmad::hammer:
Chile the first ting they ga tell you is God don't deliver no message in our time but his time, 2/3 hours is the norm for the spirit to pour down for the messenger to interpret:bouncy:

You know everyone up there got to have something to say, everyone an' day ma think they could sing an' wan do sellection.
I should have been heading this ting. I would have told yall this ting limited to one hour becasue it is also state time, so yall better pray God don't work on Bahamian time to deliver yall message. Don't make me get rude. The colour gaurd will be marching out in the middle of the sermon. , ZNS will cut to the news. IN fact no sermon, since everyone wan' say something. We gun have a national chior with selections, and den one from every denomination say a prayer. We needs ome discipline around here man! People around here does use God as an excuse to make chaos and throw out rules and protocol!

Taking up collection at a national service is in poor taste and it breaks protocol. But these churches seem to be doing alot of things in poor taste lately so I shouldn't be surprise that they resorted to this.
I agree this doesn't shock or surprise me.. Churches have become just as much of a money making entity as drugs, and gambling!!!
Das jes my 5 cent! :footmouth

I saw this and then mention the amount collected that was presented on live TV to the woman of Salvation Army. I know she may be from an army but not that type. It was sad and know that some criminal persons heard the amount. I hope that the police in Freeport did supply her with an escort to the bank where she drop those funds collected. Seems like we are becoming more dumber.:realmad:
