Sound like dude and the police woman have a fling gern on..and she get pissed and sent her cronies to get the fan and dvd player back ..chal I don't know something like that ..Glad noone was killed..

Yup, that pretty much sums up what appears to be going on with this situation. It seems that this was a blatant abuse of power on the part of those officers. That female officer must have been jaded by a cheating lover, and used her power to get back at him. Pathetic. She needs to be stripped of her badge, for wasting tax payers money on her personal grievances with the ex.

Ill take your word for it.
police act section 102, subsection 1 whoever is duly authorised to arrest or detain a person has notice or BELEIVES that a warrant or other legal process is in force against him justify ANY force which is necessary for his arrest, detention or recapture, and MAY KILL HIM, if he cannot by any other means be arrested detained or retaken. ALTHOUGH in fact the felony has not been committed by the other person, or ALTHOUGH in fact NO felony has been committed at All!! unquote!

section 102 deals with "Appeals from decisions of Commissioner."

The Police Act does for Police Officers what General Orders does for Civil Servants.

Those are the rules governing members of those organizations!

I never said this is from the Police Act. The Police Act are the rules which governs the Police Force.

These Statutes however deals with the matters that are being discussed in this thread such as arrests, the use of restaints, warrants and so on.
