I take it that they have to finish what they started with GSM. And if CSM come....wait for it.....it gone be for the flikkin tourist first who does only be here for couple a hours! My brother lives in the US and has a prepair phone that they use when here and chile....many a days he has a complaint! In addition to being charged for everything, eg voicemail, texting etc!
