I have heard that NAMBLA has opened a chapter here, and the members list is quite disturbing. It was quite shocking to see some of the names on there. I won't post them here out of respect, but if anyone wants to shoot me an email, I can share one or three.

If this organization has opened a chapter in the Bahamas, then they need to be stomped out of oblicvion like a roach. Joe I think you need to forward those names to the police, particularly if they are prominent individuals in the Bahamas. We cant have peadophiles opening up shop in this country, remember those boys in Freeport. Then we will agree to disagree on the double standard. I will not turn this thread into a war of words. My hope is that peodophilia can be stomped out of ours and other societies. The victims are the most important factor in this debate, and we should focus on them. This issue should not be used to attack anyone. I am not in law, so I dont know what constitutes as concrete evidence in such cases. However it is not fair to judge, becasue many persons approach to the situation that Rizzo brought up could have and would have been diffferent. It does not make one anymore just or righteous, which is what I believe you are trying to come off as.

If I were Rizzo, and I heard this man talking about sleeping with 13 year old boys or girls, I would have seeked to find out more information or evidence to carry to the police as best as I could. Like names, place of work, etc, etc, in the most discrete and safest way possible. A sound approach is in my opinion the best way to deal with a situation that can potentially be dangerous.

I'd just like to update that evidence was obtained that the man was guilty of stealing and was arrested promptly by the police based on this evidence.

He reportedly came back to the mechanic shop to "tief" and was caught.

It shows how once evidence is there to have something pursued....it will be.

Teniel, trust me....if there was a way that I could prove this man was inolved in such incidents, I would have called the police for him loooong time. But I don't know the man, don't know if it happened, don't know who the girl is, what village the girl lives in, what she looks like, ...........and I don't have any way of finding this out other than from this man I don't know.....neither would the police.
