(2)how can we obtain it or achieve it in our life?
(3) can one live by the law of GOD and obtain holiness.?
The truth would be greatly appreciated.

You can't live by the Law. The Law was given to show our weakness. Christ's death on the cross fullfilled the provision of the Law. Christians live by Grace. Grace is the person Jesus. Trying to live by the law will only lead to mental bondage and unhappiness. You can't work for it. You labor only to enter into the rest brought about by GRACE.

Holiness IS living by Grace.

Even the Bible reference the "foolishness" of preaching! Most believe one has to STRIDE to find God. No, no, no.... He actually finds us. We are left free to accept or reject--- repent or continue running away from God.
