I like Clint Watson's voice but he aint much to look at.Vonique Toote always sound like she speaking from deep down in her nose.

Don't know whats goin' on with Jerome lately, he used to be really good. I heard someone say the problem may be:
-he must needs glasses
-the teleprompter isnt working
He looks as though he wants to come through the tv screen. He's stumbling too much.

I think this is one of the problems as ZNS has TONS of analog, legacy equipment. Sometimes I wonder how they even broadcast.

I find that the news anchors at ZNS, generally do poorly at improvisation of story lines, getting updates, etc between official reporting. When they attempt it, they fumble with their words, and there are just awkward moments of silence. I noticed that the CNN reporters are the best in my opinion at improvisation.
I would give Jerome the award for best male anchor at the moment, and Shenique the best female anchor.
I dislike Vaughnique Tootes voice. Its too deep and throaty.
Teniel, I agree with you as it relates to the Toote lady, Just "HORSEY" and her appearance looks sour.
Clint,good voice but appearance FAT,
Jerome, SEEMs RUSHING ALL THE TIME and TOO MUCH BODY MOVEMENT

Judy, reads well but appearance seems to be worn out and carrys one hard.

Chris Saunders ok. Freeport news is ok too. But I don't like to watch it when Ricardo Lightbourne and Parkeisha Edgecombe are on together, they play to much. Makes you wonder whats going go there and she puts on too much.
Islandgal, Say what you want but I think that those two there in Freeport do a better job than the Nassau base team. atleast they are better team to look at looks and appearance.They also have the best setting.

Well I think that the best voice and pronouncer they have at ZNS is Julian Reid. If you listen to his reports you would here the clarity in the report and the smooth flow of the words and storyline. He is the best by far.


Jerome is great! He is the newsroom boss/ lead anchorman! Like it was stated before, the only flaw I can part to him is when they have breaking news, he tends to get a little confused in what he wants to say to make the report sound professional.


Chris Saunders is the best sports reporter that they have had in a long time, being that all the other sports men and reporters were completely bias to the L A Lakers and there other teams. He keeps his bias out of his sports cast.

Phill Smith was cool but very bias!

Charles Fishers should be have been fired after his first report. He is a totally unprofessional and personally a huge *******! (sorry for my bias in this case)

Giovanni is also a smooth reporter, but to me he looks a little to, how do i say this with out incriminating myself? Pretty boyish! well I guess that doesn't hear his professionalism.

i agree with you about julian. he does seem very professional in his reports but he looks very stiff so i wouldnt want to see him doing a live report lets say during a hurricane. he probably would stand one spot rather than move about and demand the attention of the cameraman to follow him. their live reporting on incidents suck as everything they seem to say is rehearsed or off a teleprompter. i think the best live reporter ever was darold miller.

and as for the base voice and pretty boy look i think thats somewhat of a criteria for reporters world wide. who would watch a thuggish based out reporter?:dgi:
