I say let every 12th grader take the BGCSE exam. That is the only true way of finding out what the national average is in this country. As it stands now that average only consist of the students that took the exam and most of them were recommended to take it.

Carl Bethel is just another pompous, arrogant politician who would lie about anythingh to look good. Just look at how he was shouting at da camera da other day when he bring out da grades...getting spittle all over ppl face.....

And check how he act like da grades had jumped to an A. Aye Carl, the grades are still a frickin D.........only with a plus sign!

What's the difference between a D+ and a C-???? I thought if the teacher liked you they gave you a C- and if they didn't you got ba D+.....I don't see the big difference there!
