Having heard Mr. Miller on today's talk radio show, and hearing the sound clip from the meeting, I revise my opinion - a bit. It seems that Mr. Diaz is a bully! He called the Minister stupid - which I feel was uncalled for. He also yelled like a man use to using his voice to intimidate.

There was wrong doing on both sides. There is enough blame to go around for all parties. All should apologize to each other.

It seems that dealing with Mr. Diaz requires a cool head and diplomatic skills. I am afraid that using a man like Mr. Miller for that job is like using a lit match to look for a gas leak!
