My light stay going off, it is the pits. The water being off was a surprise last night though.

Well LC, it made me mad because no one expects the water to be off unless they haven't paid their bill, or work is being done in the area. Neither was the issue, so I was surprised, and angered.

It's not like BEC can say an generator "kunked out", or bad weather created an electrical storm, or load shedding was being done. WTF can W&S say?

And I am thankful, but I am still disappointed because in this country, as advanced as we try to be, we should not be experiencing these deficiencies without valid reasons for service interruption.
