WTF was up with W&S last night man? :realmad:

It's a good thing I gave the baby a bath earlier in the evening. :)

These companies need to stop doing fart! :hammer:

If possible get a private well, so you can use either as backup.

The water pressure has been very low to a trickle off and on this week. My electricity has been off several times this week as well. Don't know if the two are related but I'm begining to feel picked on.

My light stay going off, it is the pits. The water being off was a surprise last night though.

Electricity has been fairly reliable in our area since last year. But then again, I'm trapped inside this message board so that's an unfair comparison.

Well, I trust W&S water over private wells. Plus, the amount people I know with pumps burning out so often turned me off. Not to mention it would increase my electricity bill.

All in all, I prefer W&S, but was disappointed by last night's incident.

Yeah. I store some bottles for incidents just like last night. But there's nothing like a nice shower. I didn't want to have to spend minutes filling the tub with bottled water, when I really wanted a shower.

I think this was actually only the second time for the year that I had to resort to stored bottles.

Buddy, my light goes off 4 out of 7 days every week, consistently. I unplug everything not in use, except for the fridge and stove, when I leave home.

The only reason I don't have solar panels and a windmill is because I'm not in a house. Mind you I own the building I am in, but I'm not bothering to install that stuff here. I'm going to have it installed in my house.

Thats terrible. 4/7 days a week. I think in our area its like maybe a few times during the summer months.

Tell me about it.

I wish mine was only turned off a few times in the summer. Do you know what it is to come home almost every day and see your clock blinking, indicating the electricity was off?

Pisses me right off! :realmad:

Ahh thats the problem.

What you can do is tape up the display of your alarm clock, that way you wont see it blinking when they turn it off.

Prob solved.

i been in one place with a well now for 8 years, no problems except da landlord wont put in one filter and i cant afford it, and da water is make metal turn green almost overnight. :(

Otherwise all kind of water pressure it is feel like it sandblasting your head in da shower.
when the power is go off eventually it is run out of the holding tank though.
