I was going through the basic channels last night as I am not sure but I think I saw the most disgusting ridiculous thing ever on T.V.

There was a Police Officer's Photo up with some information in regards to the Sexual Offenders Act (or something like that).

Anyway, I started to read it and it said (please correct me and I hope that I am wrong but it said) that ANYONE WHO IS KNOWINGLY INFECTED WITH HIV/AIDS AND HAS SEX WITH SOMEONE AND DOES NOT TELL THEM THAT THEY ARE POSITIVE FOR THE VIRUS, THEY WILL ONLY GET UP TO A 5 YEAR JAIL SENTENCE.


What kind of garbage is that?


I thought the most ridiculous law in the Bahamas was the 7 year max prison sentence for a beast who would rape an innocent angel and leave her in the bushes near B.E.C. on Blue hill road fa dead but this just as bad or even worse to a certain extent because HIV/AIDS is an automatic earlier death sentence.

Off course we are all going to die but we all know that HIV/AIDS robs you of the rest of your life/dreams/goals/future (or at least most who are not strong enough like others to carry on) without any hope (and the only possible thing you can do is put your life in Gods hands).


But come on man, supposed that very same child who was raped by that beast was infected because of that piece of thrash. She cant have a family (cause from what I know, her womb had to be removed because of how badly she was destroyed), she probably wont even make it to High School or College. Her future is gone.

But that same piece of thrash who serves less than 5 years will be out to roam and infect more persons again.

What is wrong with these people who have the ability protect society?

This is truly a sad day in the bahamas when things like this are allowed to go on and the genral populace say or do nothing. I use to think that the way criminals were dealt with in jamaica wa barberick but i think in time to come cases like this will not make it to the courts for those bleeding harts to have there way. They dont care because that kind of stuff dont affect them. Its like they live in a bubble from the rest of us. Things like that will have to hit home to them first and I hope that dont happen.

I will put it like dis, keep him away from society to intentionally infect others and most importantly, if its a male, along wit life in prison, Castration, what he need dat for, only man in prison, plus it would prevent him from spreading it to another who is not in prison for life, one life saved is worth it in my opinion........life in prison for females but ya cyan cut off dey fingers, toes or especially dey tounge cause dey still datta talk so females is a rough one.......

Intention can be proved. If you are notified that you are HIV positive, then having unprotected sex with another is criminal.

Getting a new insurance Policy, Pregnancy, job, school, there are so many ways to find out and as long as there is recorded evidence or one cant testify that they informed the infected person, life in prison. I am sure that infected persons will still try to say that they did not know but if it is proven, Life in Prison and Castration in the case of males. That reality Asterz, personally if I was infected, why should I still have my teengs if I gern Fox Hell. I would not have a problem with it being cut off because I should have thought of that (If I raped someone in which I will never do), I should have thought about the consequences before I acted and now I have to pay the price.

Ya cyant be soft wit dese criminals when it comes to innocent peoples lives and put victims first, not criminals.....
