A long distance ph from a hotel room could easly be $50.00. Depending on their ticket and travel agent it might have only been $20.00 to change tickets.

Marichal in terms of saying those tourist are lying i dont know if it is a lie or the truth cuase i dont know them and i wasnt there. but i do know it is possible becuase back before VOIP phones i wanted to order some cloths from a store in the USA, they had a 1-800 number but as yall know BTC would not allow you to dial these numbers toll free, any way the clothing bill was 150.00 but i had to pay another 20.00 to batelco becuase of the long wait time on the phone. i was like WTF. THANK GOD FOR VOIP

Gay people that travel have money! They like to live "jet set" lives and spend extravagantly. Why turn away their tourist dollars, we have to think smart, this is a changing world. Who am I to dictate and force feed my strong beliefs on others. All American money is green so why not take it. A Gay persons dollars is no lesser than a straight persons so why not take it?

In all my years in the tourist industry, never have i once asked a guest whether they are gay or not, as it was none of my business. I think we all need to adopt a don't ask,don't tell policy...
