Damn lazy Bahamians always looking for some reason not to do what they get paid for. Ya see what happened to those folk at Morton Salt? Had well paying jobs with benefits for a company that essentially ran Inagua and they actually used to have Friday parties celebrating not going to work. Now they een have no work to go to. Thats just where greed, ungratefulness and stupidity will get ya.

If they think HI gern play their political game let them stay right there. Ya dont wan work, ya shouldnt eat.

Um..everybody who workin is people. But government school teachers are always lookin for a reason not to come to work. Private school teachers dont have challenges too eh? They gat the same rude, troubled students to deal with, and they arent blinging either - but you dont see them every other week talkin bout walking off their jobs.

If it rains for longer than 10 minutes, govt schools want to close. Its ridiculous. I'm telling you too many Bahamians think a job is owed to them. I am not saying govt school teachers dont have legitimate issues at times, but why you always trying to walk off ya job as a teacher? Who loses out in the end?

Suppose police officers decide that they will stop policing every time something happens that they dont like? What if govt doctors and nurses decided to do the same?

And then the hurtful part is the teachers and others leave their jobs illegally then get mad when the govt says they will cut their pay!! Show some responsibility and stay ya arse on the man job!

This is nothing new or FNM.

It's been done for decades, since we were a British colony. Most notably to to RBPF officers and Customs.

This is even beyond government but to private school systems also. You look for a job throught the school boards there and if accepted you can just get a job off NP.

The disgruntled teachers never got the memo aye? Obviously I guess
