At this moment there is a functioning Constitutional Commission headed by Hon. Paul Adderley and Harvey Tynes QC. Their function is to eventually frame proposed amendments to the Bahamas Constitution. Before this is done however, they have been given the charge to hear and consider the views of the Bahamian electorate throughout the country. Bahamas Issues would be a great place to generate feedback, which could easily be forwarded to a Government official, and then to the Constitutional Commission.
