CG 09-08-05, - 07:38 PM Thing is his hero's Bush & Blair are also. ? If you mean Masons, Bush is not. Don't know about Blair. If you mean "nuts" that is another thing. RockWell 09-08-05, - 07:43 PM ? If you mean Masons, Bush is not. Don't know about Blair. If you mean "nuts" that is another thing. They are both in lodges & also nuts! :D Vicky 09-08-05, - 08:44 PM I have read a bit about them in researching the symbol for a project. I talked with them also. They think they are God/the Creators gift to humanity. Many of their symbols are satanic based if what I read is true. I will deal with them as a human being I will deal with them as lodge members. It will not make me one will it? I will not take poop from them or their lodge or anyother group, Especially ones that don't practice equal rights. Great Demos 09-09-05, - 12:09 AM You all remember the late great Timothy Gibson? The authour of our national anthem -- a man for whom I have the greatest respect! Well, he used to be a member of a certain popular branch of the Free Masons, in fact, I think he was the Worshipful Master. I also believe that lodge is demonic, but you will never know, perhaps until you have been in it for a while, then you may have gotten so used to the fellowship and "power" that you can have, you might not want to leave! There were 2 reasons I left after about a year or so, just having achieved only the 3rd degree, just a rookie in the "business". The main reason follows. One day the then Worshipful Master was lecturing us new members, talking about all those good things like "No other organization was founded on better principles ....etc, etc." He talked about how you MUST be loyal to all the brothers and have the greatest respect for their wives and children, etc, etc. About not trying to get intimately involved with a brother's wife or daughters -- If you are going to be engaged and marry the daughter, fine! But get this! :what: He said that this only applies to lodge brothers wives and daughters!!! Well that hit me like a ton of bricks -- instantly I knew something was radically wrong with that organization! I think I left that same night! In those days, about 40 years a go, I didn't used to go to church but I knew that was wrong from studying the life of Christ during school. How could it be wrong to take advantage and be disrespectful to the brothers daughters and wives, but OK to take advantage and be disrespectful to the daughters and wives of non members of the lodge!? CG 09-12-05, - 11:47 AM http://www.bbc.co.uk/religion/programmes/beyond_belief/ The above link will take you to a site called Beyond Belief. Go down the page to the "Listen to previous programmes" part and click on the drop down list and open "05-Sept - Freemasons" It will open an interesting radio program on the subject. There are also a number of other information subjects on religions. Rory 09-12-05, - 11:52 AM Thing is his hero's Bush & Blair are also. if you mean me, neither of my heros are politicians. Hubert and Perry are both Master masons, PHA, same organisation as was Pindling. CG 09-12-05, - 07:57 PM thats funny CG, cause there are numerous sites quoting both men are....hmmmm. True, but I guess the Masons should know who is and who ain't sellie 09-12-05, - 08:02 PM I'm just answering the questions someone asked, does they (Lodge) run the country. But I guess its now obvious. Abiskan Moon-Angel 09-12-05, - 08:10 PM True, but I guess the Masons should know who is and who ain't ditto, except, transparency isnt exactly a stongpoint of this organisation, is it? i think there are more than enough reasons for this conflicting information...including the image that goes hand in hand with being a freemason! Could be, but most Masons are proud of their membership - most even sport the ring! |
