What a great little vehicle, the Tuk Tuk. They are don't use much gas - they would be great for the Out Islands, or for short trips to the store. It takes a while to get the hang of how to drive it if you are not used to motor bikes but by and large a fun little bike - I have been in one (or something like it!) Smart people in Thailand, they are not shelling out $$$$$$$$$$ a day for gas! :driving:

They are practical vehicles, my worry is the quality of the product. There are already many many clones of the original Vespa Ape and Lambretta counterpart, with the highest quality ones coming from LML and Bajaj.
