Concerns from Bahamians about the recent decline in sufficient water supply has prompted me to start a poll on the the overall Reliability of the Bahamas Water and Sewerage Corporation.

What are your thoughts on what can be done to improve this service in our country?

I have no solution on the tip of my tounge, but I _do_ know that I had no water at my office today, went to visit a friend after work, and found no water, just got home, and found no water at home either.

*sigh*

I went home in the middle of the day to drop my daughter off from school and to check up on my sick son and found no water pressure. Later that evening the water pressure did return but was significantly reduced. I don't know if this current water problem is emblamatic of the problems facing the Water and Sewerage Corporation but I believe the persons at the corporation should be given an opportunity to address this urgent problem. I must admit that I have had no siignificant problems with W & S for a long time. They have done a relatively good job so far.
