I work with cyanide I know about it. But these additives are so small in cigarettes its less of a worry than bleach. When you handel bleach you absorb it through your skin. There is also trace amounts of cyanide in apples.

almonds, millet sprouts, lima beans, soy, spinach, bamboo shoots, and cassava roots
