The article explains the situation they have there in California. Legalizing it in all states would seem fair and sensible, but getting the senate to agree and support this would be another issue. If states start passing this legislation individually, it will spread like wildfire...trust me.

I am simply saying Jesus spoke of a third type of human and there are 3 different ones. One is born one is made from a man and one is when a man chooses it.

Genes are not the only thing that develops the fetus. A big factor in the growth and development of the fetus is hormones. These hormones can make girls look like boys and boys look like girls in and out of the womb. This is how you get people born with ambiguous gentile aka ambiguous sex, hermaphrodite and eunuch. There are many variations of hermaphrodites. Medical science knows that these hormones also affect the brain. Problem is which level and when. They would have to abort the same fetus through every stage of development and then also have it grow up to see if it’s homosexual. Which if you think about is impossible. So we will never know at least not with the medical technology we have to day. It is faith.

This is by far one of the silliest things I have heard on here. I don't see what a person's sexual identity has to do with how true his/her words are. That is like me saying, "Anything out of the mouth of a Christian or a Jew is automatically nonsense, because I don't believe in God."

What the hell does tradition have to do with anything? Are you saying that you follow all of the traditions that your parents held to be true. When I was a kid I was taught that if a baby has the hiccups you dampen a piece of brown paper, put it on the kids forehead, and blow. Being older and wiser, I know that this old tradition doesn't do a darn thing for the kid. Am I supposed to still follow it blindly? I can respect those who follow this, because I was like this at one point. But is it wrong of me to try something else now that I know better?

If you are telling the GLBT people to get a job and stimulate the economy I would have you know that the majority of us do just that. You may not be aware of it, but a large percentage of the GLBT community are employed and successful. One of them might just be your neighbour.

Uh how dumb can you be I have said it over and over again. I want to be what I am transgender, bi gender, 2 gender or 2 spirit what ever you want to call it. My gender is male and female as you understand the 2. But I am not male nor am I female. Now if for people like you that can't understand twilight a time that is day and night as you understand the 2. But not day nor is it night.

So far I don't recall any confusion at all. From the beginning Vicky has always said her sex is male but is female by gender. If you don't understand we can clarify, but it has always been the same thing.

I guess you can say that since I don't believe in the Bible at all so I don't read it at all. If you hadn't noticed, when a comment is made about the Bible or religion I try not to comment because that would be silly. I can respect a person that believes in such a thing, but I don't believe in it at all.

You seem to be confused here. Never has it been said that you cannot voice your opinion. In fact, please do, that is the purpose of this message board as I understand it. Let me explain how that works. People put a topic or a comment out there, and others give their opinion on the issue. It is not b*tching or whining, it is called a discussion. Now, let us get back to it...
