Being homosexual is an emotional and spiritual existence, it can not be seperated from the person.... but that is a different story...Besides, I really don't think this child is gay...just bi curious...

Remember she has our full support. I talked with her at length about doing what she did. I made sure she understood all the problems she could face.

This matter seems to me to be a sad media attempt by your people Vicky. But I strongly believe that this will back-fire on the Rainbow Alliance and you'll would regret the day this began.

Why are you and the Rainbow Alliance using this girl who is clearly suffering from an identity problem? I pray for her healing and when the end of this comes I know that God will get the glory.

I was at the hospital all day with my Dad so I was out of touch. But I just got word that they have now officially striped her of the crown in a press conference today.

Channel 12 early evening news had a full report on this. They had a pretty good interview with the committee, most of whom seem to be upstanding, intelligent, attractive young women. The committee said that they did not consider stripping the young lady of her crown. They spoke extensively on the matter.

They said that the 2 ladies who founded the pagent wanted the pagent to be run on Christian principles. They are now deceased but they were firm in that requirement. They are actually catering to chaste young teens of high moral standards.

According to them the young queen was not following the rules of the pagent. They claimed she has received most of her prizes, and that many of the events she was required to attend she did not attend and did not even give them a reason for not attending!

There were 12 events which the queen should have attended which were sponsered by some of the business houses who were awarding the prizes which she never attended even though she was specifically requested and required to attend. This was one of the reasons she did not receive some of her prizes.

Apparently when they got wind of this sexual orientation business, they wanted to do a private meeting with the queen to deal with the situation in a delicate and tactful manner, but again could not get the co-operation of the queen.

Now please bear in mind that the above has absolutely nothing to do with my views -- It is only what I gathered from watching the channel 12 news.

She had been coached by the rainbow Alliance... Get it right, she called on us. We provided a lawyer and we backed off. She called on us again and asked to use the center. The only thing we did was tell here over and over again of the changes in her life this would cause. We know first hand of the discrimination that you speak of. We warned her of the possible violence she might face. Yes we coached her alright but not as you imply. Do you know how many times I looked this young lady in the eye and asked her "are you sure??? You do this and the life you had is over". I will not say I am not proud of her she has more guts than most of you. After all she is not hiding behind a screen name and an avatar. She is no mindless dumy.
Truly they have done this young, innocent girl a diservice.
They catapulted this girl's sexuality to the forefront of the entire nation/world, just so they can promote their agenda. You think she possesses strength; she will need strength: when she goes to school, and everyone knows her business, when she goes to church and everyone knows her name, when she goes to the library and she hears the whispers. She will need strength when her friends parents become concern that she is stalking and corrupting their daughters. She will need strength when her mother friends talk behind her back, critiguing her parental skills...she will need strength when silly men memorize her picture and mimick her on the street... Vicky and his cohorts helped alienate this child...and that is a sin. They have committed the gravest sin of all, the corruption of an innocent child. The Rainbow Coalition is not this child's saviour, but this child's destruction. If they were really concern with her welfare and development, they would have negoiated quietly with the committee, in order to obtain what the child deserves. This is not something that just came up 2 days ago. Months ago her lawyer contacted the committee trying to settle this quietly, But nothing. So at the suggestion of another pageant organizer (nothing to do with the Alliance) who said "take it to the media". Now, even if she obtains this, this poor child will receive more than she expected.

In time this child will realize that she was used simply for selfish reasons...In time, when she realizes and understands her sexuality, she will understand that her sexuality is a private thing, a sacred thing, a question she could have refused to have answered!


So speak what you know or ask questions other than that stop spreading gossip.
